Raffaella Di Marzio is a member of the managing board of SIPR (Italian Society of Psychology of Religion).
The SIPR (Società Italiana di Psicologia della Religione) is a cultural, non profitable association with the scope of "promoting the psychological study and research of religious phenomena" and of "diffusing and publishing scholarly contributions and achievements in this particular field of studies".
The society, which is an offshoot of the original one founded in 1987 within the Italian Psychological Society (SIP) under the scientific and professional nomenclature of the Division of "Psychology and Religion", obtained legal status in February 1995. The association brings together the experiences of previous groups and serves as a meeting point for a constructive debate and a professional collaboration between all those interested in the psychology of religion in Italy. The association has about 250 psychologists and psychotherapists on its books.
