Human Rights Without Frontiers (HRWF) is a non-profit organization based in Brussels (Belgium) that promotes human rights through fact-finding missions, research and advocacy. It has offices in Belgium, Nepal and Hong Kong.

The organization was created in 1988 and was officially registered in 1989. It has carried out fact-finding missions in numerous countries: Albania, Bahrain, Bulgaria, China, Greece, Iraq, Japan, Laos, Nepal, Romania, Russia, South Korea, Turkey, Ukraine.

HRWF develops advocacy in EU institutions (Brussels, Strasbourg and Vienna), at the OSCE (Warsaw and Vienna), at the U.N. (Geneva).  HRWF has organized conferences in Athens, Brussels, Geneva, London, Paris, Tokyo, Vienna, Warsaw…

HRWF publishes newsletters on human rights in the world but also on specific countries: China, North Korea, Turkey, Iraq on specific issues such as freedom of religion or belief, trafficking in human beings, linguistic minorities
